Account Deletion

You have the rights to delete your account and all associated data at any time

Steps to delete your Deelom Account

1. Open the app and click menu button, then scroll down to Settings menu
2. Make sure you have logged into your account
3. Click Delete Account, where you will receive a confirmation OTP to your email
4. Confirm by entering OTP you received. After that your account will be deleted

Altenative Account deletion

If you can not access the app, you may submit a request to delete your account therough our Request Account Deletion page

Personal Data deletion

You can delete a specific data at any time, to do this select an item you want to delete and click Delete icon, by doing this the item will be deleted permanentlly

Data Retension

Once your Deelom Account is deleted, we will remove all your personal information from all corner of our system within 30 days except where retension is legally required
